Therapeutic Approach, Methods and Interventions

As a mental health provider, I see my therapeutic orientation as person-centered, trauma-informed and humanistic. I use a wide variety of therapeutic techniques such as mindfulness and evidence-based practices within treatment, depending on the client’s needs and preferences. Examples of evidence-based practices I utilize include: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I believe that it is absolutely possible for anyone to start this journey for healthy transformation, and to create a more fulfilling life that is worth living.
